Payment of SL Builders
Commsisioning builders in Second Life to model the objects:
40 objects x an average of $10 per object = $400
Payment of AI Viewers
Paying people to build the objects in the Huret & Spector
Gallery Installation:
40 objects x an average of $10 per object = $400
Construction Materials
Construction materials for installation, including signage, paint,
custom woodfor assembly tables, hardware for install and hanging
the projector, cables andpower cords, etc. = $500
Airfare for 2 from San Franciscio @ $300 each = $600
Shipping
Shipping of boxes and installation materials @ $150 each way = $300
Accommodation
5 nights accommodation in Boston @ $100/night = $500
Note: We are open to staying with other guests, friends or colleagues.
Buy domain name and pay for a redirect: $50
Total Estimated Budget = $5750
This is just an estimated budget and if awarded the commission, we would endeavor to (1) seek additional outside funding; (2) save costs with matters such as accomodation or working with an arts organization for subsidized printing. (3) Finally, the revenue from resale of objects on eBay would be used to mitigate any out-of-pocket expenses, or be donated to a labour organization.
