you write chinese characters on the floor
you use a big brush
and water as ink
in night clubs people always write hip hop
when they are dancing

The Speakeasy
We live in Kunming
in the province of Yunnan
with a group of friends
we rent a flat in the neighbourhood
and we experiment with computers
some of us make music
others do graphic design
or computer programming
we can share the space and the equipement
there's always music on
we put it very loud
when we are working
loud music helps the concentration
but the neighbours complain sometimes
when I created this piece
I hoped everybody would want to listen to it until the end
and you too
